What is Carbon Fibres Loaded ESD Sheet ?
ESD Vinyl Sheet (also known as ESD Roll Flooring) is flexible homogeneous vinyl flooring supplied in roll sizes of 2 m × 20 m and 2 m × 15 m. It is compounded from premium PVC resin, conductive carbon fibres, stabilizers, plasticizers, pigments and other high-performance additives.
Conductive carbon fibres are evenly dispersed through the full thickness of the flooring, paired with a conductive backing layer to deliver steady, uniform electrical resistance. This integrated construction delivers reliable static control and consistent long-term conductivity over the entire service life of the floor. It is therefore the ideal flooring solution for electronics manufacturing workshops, data centers, cleanrooms, laboratories and all other static-sensitive working environments.
