What is the difference between LVT Click and SPC flooring?
LVT Click flooring is generally more flexible and softer underfoot, offering a more comfortable walking experience and better sound absorption. It is designed with a resilient vinyl core that allows slight movement, which makes it easier to install over minor subfloor imperfections and more comfortable for residential use. It is often chosen for homes, apartments, and light commercial areas where comfort and design variety are priorities.
SPC flooring (Stone Plastic Composite), on the other hand, features a rigid core made from limestone powder and stabilizers, which gives it much higher dimensional stability and resistance to dents and impacts. This rigid structure makes SPC less sensitive to temperature changes and more suitable for environments with heavy foot traffic or large open spaces.
