- Alignment: EIR texture 100% synchronized with print; common emboss uses fixed mold irrelevant to patterns.
- Realism: EIR has 3D natural concave-convex grain; regular emboss has flat, repetitive texture.
- Grade & Price: EIR belongs premium grade, for high-end residential, hotel, retail; regular emboss for budget commercial projects.

Total plank thickness: 4.0mm–8.0mm; wear layer from 0.2mm (12mil) to 0.7mm (28mil).
