FAQ

LVT is a flexible PVC-based flooring, while SPC uses a rigid stone-plastic composite core and WPC incorporates a wood-plastic composite core. Compared with SPC and WPC, LVT provides better flexibility and acoustic comfort, whereas SPC offers higher rigidity and dimensional stability.

The wear layer is a transparent protective coating applied on top of LVT flooring. It determines resistance to abrasion, scratches, and stains. Typical wear layer thickness ranges from 0.2mm for residential use to 0.5mm for heavy commercial applications.

LVT flooring is widely used in residential, commercial, and institutional environments including offices, hotels, retail stores, hospitals, and education facilities due to its durability and design flexibility.

Click LVT uses a mechanical locking system for floating installation without adhesives, while dryback LVT requires full-surface adhesive bonding. Dryback systems are typically preferred for large commercial spaces due to higher dimensional stability.

LVT flooring is manufactured by mixing PVC compounds, then extruding them into base sheets under heat and pressure. After UV coating and a relaxation process for stability, the material is cut or punched into tiles or planks, edge-processed if needed, and finally inspected and packed for shipment.
