Refrain from cleaning your newly installed SPC flooring right away. The planks typically require a full 48 hours to fully settle and dry completely. Regular daily cleaning is essential to prolong the service life of SPC flooring; use an ordinary broom or a vacuum cleaner without rotating brush rollers to prevent surface scratches.

When performing wet cleaning, wipe the floor with a slightly damp rag or mop paired with mild floor cleaning agents free of harsh abrasives and potent chemical ingredients.

Steam cleaners are not recommended. Excessive heat and moisture can permeate the seams of SPC planks, loosening the adhesive and separating the composite layers.

Place stain-resistant protective pads beneath all furniture such as chairs, sofas, cabinets and tables to minimize surface abrasion and avoid indentations and permanent damage.

Any liquid spills should be wiped up without delay.
