PVC price reached a higher position CNY 9397/Ton
Coming into August, PVC resin price (SG-5) keeps climbing, from an average price of CNY 9200/ton in July to CNY 9314/ton in August. There are two main factors contributing to the fast increase. One is the Delta cases spread in 4 provinces in China, many cities locking down resulted in the short supply of PVC. Another factor is the increasing demand. Factories are stocking PVC raw materials for the coming golden season. However, the floor factories are usually unable to get PVC at this price, mostly 10% higher than this.
New Floor Click System: Vilox
In the November of 2019, I4F announced that it has recently entered into separate, confidential settlement agreements with Flooring Industries (Unilin) and Välinge Innovation AB. While in less than 2 years, a new click system came into our sight—Vilox. It is easier than I4F, much like Valinge 5G but with no plastic tongues. The enhanced click design is free from negative angles which eliminates problematic friction after installation. The straight lines also make production a breeze with only four tooling positions needed. Will Vilox go beyond the control of Unilin and Valinge, or take the same path as I4F? Time will tell.

YUHE FLOOR launches 1890mm EIR SPC Collection
1890mm Length decor film currently is the maximum length for vinyl flooring. Many film factories have developed such designs with a more authentic visual effect and at the same time, the repetition rate is reduced. Rather than, few flooring manufacturers would like to invest in 1890mm extrusion rollers due to the high cost and the complicated production process. YUHE FLOOR has what others have, and dares to invest in new products that others don’t have. We have prepared five 1890mm EIR SPC extrusion rollers and sent some samples to our customers, some trial orders have been received from the U.S and Australia gradually.
