YH floor produces both ESD anti-static homogeneous vinyl sheet flooring and normal homogeneous vinyl sheet flooring.
Homogeneous vinyl flooring is produced using several stages including calendaring, consolidation and/or laminating. First, the raw materials which include limestone, polyvinyl chloride, plasticizer, stabilizers and pigments, are thoroughly mixed. Once mixed, the material is consolidated and formed into a sheet.

2. Two-roller roller coating, which is shaped by a 1000-meter thermostat through a 1000-joule energy ultraviolet light-fixing process.
3. Preferred polymer nano-scale material, firm， and uniform, no foaming, no crack, no delamination, excellent thermal stability, odorless, good curing, good gloss, strong adhesion to PVC surface, good flexibility, transparent, and not easy to yellow.
4. Good weather resistance, enhanced wear resistance coefficient, high comprehensive performance, and strong anti-penetration ability for iodophor.

6. Testing and calibration are performed using USA/EU/JAPAN/CHINA standard methods. So we can produce homogeneous vinyl flooring products in compliance with different standards.
7. SGS approval in accordance with the EU standard ISO26987:2008 for pollution resistance test. Put Acetone, coffee, sodium hydroxide (25%), hydrogen peroxide (30%), black shoe polish, and other pollutants on the surface for 2 hours, it has no effect on the surface after wiping the contact areas which shows the superior pollution resistance of the floor.
